book a reservation

A card must be on file to book a reservation. Please read over our no show policies.

When booking a reservation for waxing, please be sure that your hair is 1/4 inch long by the day you’ve reserved. Hair that is too short may not be tweezed and you will still be responsible for the full amount of the service.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign your contract and be present in the room for your service. You may be asked to present a valid form of photo ID to confirm you are over 18 to receive any service at CG Wax Studio.

Upon booking, you’ll be sent a waxing consultation form in a Square Contract. You’ll also receive a contract to sign stating you understand and agree to the no show/cancellation policies. Both contracts must be signed and you won’t receive them again unless they’re updated.
